i need help...one of my closest friend is having a eating distorter. she won't EVER eat her lunch unless me or someone begs her to. she is WAY under weight and she says she is gaining weight. she also says she is afraid of being fat...and one of the worst things is that i think its my fault because i'm naturally skinny

Awesome. So the point of commenting on my awareness piece was to tell me that in your particular case, things aren't as bad as they could be? Honest to God, i don't care. Disorders are disorders and if you feel the need to go around correcting things designed to raise awareness and educate people on the disorder as a whole, then find another piece of work. I'm not here to argue with any individuals who feel the need to personalize things.

I wasn't honestly trying to piss you off ... I think raising awareness is great and I commend you for that.

I wasn't trying to personalize things either. This is just a norm for me, and someone happened to want to give it a label. I'm not 100 lbs, Hell, I'm 280 lbs. Its not like I overexercise, in an attempt to kill myself through a self-glamorized act of wanting to be thin. I don't even consider myself to honestly be anorexic - others do. Apparently not eating a lot due to lack of appetite or not wanting to eat due to other reasons classifies you as anorexic - and well ... I sometimes post things when not in a correct state of mind.

I can apologize if you so please, but if not, I'm not thinking it to be completely necessary. I do, however, commend you for bringing awareness to light. NOt many people are willing to do that.
